RIEGELWOOD, N.C. (WECT) – Men and Women United for Youth and Families will host a Community Housing Education Expo next month.
According to the organization, the event will connect community members with housing resources, information, and services. Attendees can learn about first-time mortgage loans, fair housing laws and rights, home preservation, and more.
Local contractors will also be on-site, offering a range of home repair services.
Men and Women United for Youth and Families is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving as a resource for the residents of Bladen, Columbus, and Brunswick Counties.
The event is set to take place on Sept. 27 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Ransom Activity Center in Riegelwood.
