A Boise-based startup that uses a software platform to help tenants squash pest problems just announced a successful funding round.
Pest Share, which helps tenants and property managers streamline the pest-control process, raised $28 million in seed funding from Integrity Growth Partners (“IGP”).
Pest Share is also one of BoiseDev’s Peak43 winners this year — a countdown of Idaho’s fastest-growing companies.
While Pest Share already has services in 48 states with 300,000 residential units on its platform, the funding, according to Pest Share, will help the company grow into more rental markets, improve its products, and strengthen partnerships with top property management platforms.

“Property managers have been stuck with a fragmented and administratively burdensome approach to pest control for decades,” Pest Share CEO and Co-Founder Landon Cooley said. “We built Pest Share to reimagine that experience – using technology to help property managers efficiently deliver high-quality pest control services at scale. With IGP’s support and the continued partnership of our existing investors, we’re excited to continue to expand this model to property managers and residents nationwide.”
Pest Share’s nationwide platform allows renters to report pest issues and get linked to exterminators or other specialists. The company says the service is designed to save money and reduce hassle for both property managers and tenants.
“Pest Share has created a modern, automated, and tech-enabled solution for a problem that touches nearly every property manager,” Integrity Growth Partners Co-Founder and Managing Partner Doyl Burkett said. “We’re excited to back a team that deeply understands the industry’s operational pain points and has built a platform that fundamentally changes how pest services are delivered and managed.”
Since its launch, Pest Share has signed on more than 700 property management companies, ranging from local firms to national companies.
