Fixflo and its parent company, Aareon, has announced the acquisition of Help me Fix, an AI-native platform that accelerates innovation in repairs and maintenance.
The acquisition comes after a highly successful partnership that demonstrated significant time and cost savings for property managers, with over half (51%) of Fixflo’s new business deals using Help me Fix’s Aidenn product since the integration began in October 2024.
This has resulted in 164 agencies and a total of 80,000 units being signed up to use Aidenn, Help me Fix Video, or a combination of both.
Ettan Bazil, CEO and Founder of Help me Fix, said: “Joining the Aareon Group marks an exciting new chapter for the business. Aareon’s scale, vision and deep sector expertise make it the ideal partner to take our solutions to the next level, creating exciting possibilities – for our customers, for the housing sector and for how the entire industry approaches repairs and resident engagement.”
Enhanced offering
The deal has enhanced Aareon’s AI offering, which combines agentic intelligence and real-time video diagnostics.

Rachael Baig, UK Managing Director of Aareon, added: “We’re pleased to welcome Help me Fix as part of our growth story, adding to our expanding suite of solutions. By embedding AI diagnostics and video triage into our products, we’re reinforcing our commitment to supporting housing providers optimise resources, improve service delivery, and place tenants at the heart of every interaction.”
Approximately 600 issues are now being completed by Aidenn/Help me Fix every week. This translates to an estimated 20,000 tenants helped this year to self-diagnose or resolve issues.
Trained on over 60,000 video calls between tenants and highly qualified engineers, Aidenn has a unique data set which is used to deliver great value to tenants and property managers in effectively triaging issues.
