Hill Rise, being built by Pye Homes on behalf of Blenheim Estate Homes, will feature an initial 48 homes, with outline permission for up to 132.
Dominic Hare, CEO of Blenheim Palace, which owns Blenheim Estate Homes, said: “Hill Rise sets new standards for low-carbon housing, and we are rightly proud of the scheme to have already won an award before even a single home has been built.”

The scheme will include energy-efficient designs, shared parking barns, green spaces, community allotments, and a new meeting space.
Walking and cycling routes will incorporate existing public rights of way, connecting the site to Woodstock town centre.
Half of the homes will be designated as affordable housing.
