LDG Development has opened Phoenix Station in Decatur and Bridges at Landrum in Atlanta. The affordable communities bring a combined 444 units of affordable housing to the area.
Phoenix Station, located at 3345 Kensington Road, features 244 apartments restricted for households earning up to 60% of the area median income, or up to approximately $68,000 annually for a family of four. Rent will range between $1,209 to $1,433 monthly.
A separate mixed-use space at Phoenix Station will serve as LDG Development’s Georgia office.
Bridges at Landrum will offer 200 units at its 2944 Landrum Drive location. The development features a mix of affordable and market-rate units. Monthly rent starts at $1,163 and tops out around $1,520.
Apartments at both communities feature walk-in closets and offer access to playground areas. Onsite property management professionals staff the locations. With these new additions, LDG has now created over 2,200 units across 10 Georgia communities
“By adding hundreds of new homes in Atlanta and Decatur, we’re helping ensure more families have access to the housing they need,” said LDG co-founder and co-principal Mark Lechner in a press release. “We are proud that Phoenix Station will serve as the new home for LDG’s Georgia office, reinforcing our long-term investment in the region.”
