U. SAUCON TWP., Pa. – After welcoming several stores and restaurants and also bidding farewell to some businesses over the past year, Promenade Saucon Valley continues to see its tenant lineup evolve.
The newest tenant to open at the Upper Saucon Township lifestyle shopping center is Color Me Mine, a contemporary paint-your-own pottery franchise, which held a soft opening last week.
A ribbon-cutting celebration with the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce will be held at 5 p.m. Sept. 4.
Color Me Mine recently opened at Promenade Saucon Valley, next to Batch Microcreamery.
The studio’s opening marks another relocation of the Color Me Mine franchise that originally operated at Promenade Saucon Valley, then known as The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley, from 2009 to 2015 before moving to South Bethlehem’s East Third Street, where it operated for the past decade.
“Being able to bring Color Me Mine to our neighbors here in Center Valley is a dream come true,” franchise owner Tara Nagabhyru said in a news release.
“The Color Me Mine experience is one that brings people together, unleashing their creativity while having fun and building memories that last a lifetime. We are thrilled to be able to bring this unique opportunity to our community and look forward to getting to know each and every one of our new guests.”
Color Me Mine, founded in 1991 and based in New Orleans, Louisiana, has an international presence with more than 130 locations across the United States, Canada, Costa Rica and the Philippines.

Acquired by Twist Brands LLC in 2020, Color Me Mine provides guests with the “The Art of Having Fun” through a unique pottery painting experience in a welcoming, relaxing environment.
Guests can choose from hundreds of ceramic pieces to paint, including plates, mugs, bowls, figurines and more.
They enjoy an hour or two of entertainment, making meaningful connections and memories with friends and family while creating a unique piece of art. Ceramic pieces are then glazed, fired and picked up later.
Individuals can personalize their chosen pottery by painting it with their own designs and colors.
The hands-on experiences are great for showers, birthday parties, school and scouting programs and other events.
“A wonderful outlet for self-expression and creativity, it doesn’t matter if visitors are seasoned artists or just getting started in exploring their artistic side; either way, pottery painting allows them to let their imaginations soar,” the release states.
“Color Me Mine provides a fun experience for guests to share while visiting the center, and we are proud that Promenade Saucon Valley has been selected as the next home for this growing and very popular franchise,” said Patrick Turner, Promenade Saucon Valley’s general manager.
“Our leasing team has been hard at work attracting some of the top names in retail, dining and entertainment, and we are continually growing our tenant roster with inspirational new tenants like Color Me Mine that are transforming this center into a true live-work-play destination.”
Color Me Mine joins Promenade Saucon Valley amid a slew of other changes at the Upper Saucon Township lifestyle center.

In recent months, the center welcomed two new additions: Relux and Luxe Events & Designs.
Luxe Events & Designs, a premier event planning and design studio, host a grand opening week, July 22-29, while Relux, a locally owned boutique offering pre-owned, authenticated luxury fashions and accessories, held a grand opening on May 16.
The center is set to welcome several more new tenants in the coming months, according to Madeleine Convery, Promenade Saucon Valley Valley’s marketing manager.
Coming-soon tenants include Barley Creek Taproom (coming this fall), a popular Poconos-based microbrewery offering Pennsylvania-made craft beer, spirits and wines, which is opening next to Kome; Good Shepherd Rehabilitation (coming this fall), a facility providing outpatient care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain and more, which is opening behind Red Robin; Mental Strength Ritual (coming early 2026), a “unique wellness destination specializing in an FDA-cleared technology called Transcranial Mental Stimulation,” which is opening next to Altar’d State; and Sephora (coming spring 2026), a popular retail chain selling makeup, skincare, fragrances and more, which is opening near Athleta, Convery said.
Promenade Saucon Valley plans to announce another new tenant, a prominent regional retailer, next week, Convery said.
Businesses opening at the lifestyle center over the past year and a half include Fulton Bank, J.Crew Factory, Slime Time II, Rally House, Five Guys, SmARTivities Showcase, The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, Dolly’s Dressing Room and The Hive.
Promenade Saucon Valley has also recently bid farewell to some businesses, including Lucky Brand, Go! Calendars, Toys & Games and Lashes by Gab, the latter of which vacated its three-year-old Promenade Saucon Valley location to focus on its Allentown location.
Additionally, FD Market, a sustainable goods shop and zero-waste refillery, closed its brick-and-mortar store at Promenade Saucon Valley on May 18, and GailGray Home Furnishings and Design, a full-service interior design studio and home furnishings store, is set to close within the next few weeks.
